A deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 80% as well as a security deposit of €1,500 must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival. Security deposit will be fully refunded after your stay

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees:
- up to 60 days before arrival: Free of charge
- 60 - 30 days before arrival: 20%
- 30 - 7 days before arrival: 50%
- within 7 days before arrival: 100%
Cancellations are only accepted via email.
Location
From May/June to October (may vary), you can fly to Kalamata and then drive approximately 40 minutes (40 km) with a rental car. Otherwise, travel via Athens Airport, from where there is a continuous highway to Kalamata. (Travel time from Athens to Koroni is approximately 3 – 3.5 hours.)
